Role Overview

This position focuses on dispatch activities, with responsibility for cross-border trucking operations control, heavy-load dispatch coordination, and on-road support.

Key Duties

The role involves carrying out defined processes and procedures within required deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards. The incumbent should recognize irregularities as they occur and apply established rules and procedures to resolve them. When a situation becomes more complex, it should be escalated to a senior colleague.

Skills and Capabilities

Strong attention to detail, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC tools, good planning and organizing ability, effective interpersonal communication, and practical problem-solving skills are important for this role.
