Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and maintain dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment so guest service standards are met.
• Keep the dishwashing area, including the three-compartment sink and surrounding work area, clean and organized.
• Check that equipment remains clean and functional, and notify management when repairs or issues are needed.
• Support light maintenance and custodial work as required.
• Deliver courteous service and maintain a positive, cooperative attitude with guests, clients, coworkers, and others.
• Follow company safety requirements, including food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Protect company property and assets.
