About the role
We are looking for a Director of Strategic Projects (m/f/d) to lead gaming-focused initiatives across the wider group and support business growth. The organization has spent more than ten years building a strong presence in game marketing across Europe and North America, working with well-known gaming brands and creators. It has now expanded through partnerships with YouFirst, a major sports talent management agency representing NBA and Champions League professionals, and Gersh, a leading Hollywood talent management company.
The team is made up of creative and driven professionals who value an energetic workplace where new ideas can develop and scale.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with important gaming publishers.
- Create persuasive client pitches tailored to gaming businesses.
- Monitor developments in the gaming market to help attract and keep high-value clients.
- Drive initiatives that create value across the group.
- Coordinate collaboration with Gersh in Los Angeles and YouFirst in Madrid.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar subject.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, ideally within gaming.
- Strong leadership ability and a strategic mindset.
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing projects.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong interpersonal ability and presentation/pitching skills.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Genuine enthusiasm for gaming.
