Role overview

The Director of Implementations will own the function responsible for taking every new customer from signed contract through to a successful live deployment. The position blends senior customer-facing leadership with hands-on operational management.

Key responsibilities

  • Create implementation plans that align Plexa’s platform with each customer’s operating goals.
  • Lead and develop a strong implementation team with a clear focus on execution, accountability and customer results.
  • Work with Sales to make sure handoffs from deal closure to delivery are seamless.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface platform gaps, reduce delivery friction and shape future product direction.
  • Design AI-driven implementation processes that improve speed, consistency and the customer experience.
  • Build dashboards and performance measures to track implementation health, customer readiness and team efficiency.
  • Spot risks early and coordinate the right stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
  • Set up repeatable delivery methods that let Plexa grow without sacrificing quality.
  • Manage a structured transition into Customer Success so customers are ready for adoption, training and long-term growth.
