About the role

CodeStore Technologies is seeking an experienced HR leader to work closely with the CEO and help steer the people strategy for a fast-growing business spanning AI, digital transformation, cloud, and enterprise software consulting. The role is focused on building an effective, high-accountability organization that can scale sustainably.

This position goes beyond standard HR operations. The right person will shape leadership capability, strengthen culture, improve execution, attract strong talent, and design people systems that support long-term growth.

Experience and background

The company is looking for a senior HR professional with 10 to 16 years of progressive leadership experience. Background in IT services, digital engineering, software consulting, SaaS, or product-led organizations will be valuable, along with exposure to rapid scaling environments.

Strong capability is expected across organizational development, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should bring a business-focused approach and be comfortable influencing senior leaders.
