Role overview

This opening is for experienced Airbus Captains who can command a modern wide-body aircraft and deliver a high standard of operational excellence. The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and offers a remuneration package that is competitive and paid tax-free in Dubai.

Qualifications and experience

• You need at least 7,000 hours of total flying time, excluding P3, rotary-wing time, and single- or multi-engine piston aircraft.
• For the A380, you must currently serve as an Airbus FBW wide-body Captain and have a minimum of 3,000 hours as pilot-in-command on Airbus FBW wide-body aircraft.
• For the A350, you must have at least 3,000 hours of command time on a multi-crew, multi-engine commercial jet with an MTOW above 50 tonnes, and you must currently be flying as a Captain on an Airbus FBW wide-body aircraft with at least 1,500 hours on type.
• You must have flown at least 150 hours on type during the last 12 months.
• A valid ICAO ATPL is required, along with an Authority Class 1 medical certificate that matches the licence.
• English proficiency at ICAO level 5 or higher is required.
