Role overview

RAKBANK is seeking a Digital Learning Partner to help advance the bank’s digital learning direction. In this position, you will play a key part in strengthening employee development and keeping the workforce up to date with modern technologies. Using AI along with your learning and development expertise, you will contribute to building an engaging learning environment that helps employees perform effectively and support the bank’s overall success.

Key responsibilities

• Create and shape digital learning materials that support business objectives and meet employee learning needs.
• Apply AI-enabled learning approaches to make the learning experience more tailored and effective.
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop suitable learning content.
• Oversee learning partnerships and handle contract discussions for external training solutions.
• Keep the Learning Experience Platform running smoothly and ensure it remains easy for employees to use.
• Review digital learning programs and use performance data to improve outcomes over time.
• Track developments in digital learning and AI so the bank’s learning offerings remain current.
• Support employees by guiding them on how to use learning tools and get the most value from them.
• Work alongside the L&D team to align digital learning with the wider training strategy.
• Help build a workplace culture that values ongoing learning, innovation, and growth.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a similar field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital learning or instructional design, ideally within a corporate environment.
• Practical knowledge of AI and how it can be used in learning and development.
• Exposure to LXP platforms and a working understanding of LMS tools and features.
• Strong ability to manage projects and balance multiple priorities efficiently.
• Creative thinking with the ability to produce engaging learning content.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort with data analysis and solving problems through evidence-based decisions.
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing industry practices.
