About the Company
Park Lane Motors LLC FZ is a premium automotive dealership in the UAE, focused on luxury, high-performance, and prestige vehicles. As the business expands, the team is hiring a Deal Progression Executive to oversee the post-sale journey and help ensure each customer receives a smooth, premium delivery experience.
Role Overview
In this position, you will own the process from deal confirmation through to vehicle handover. Your responsibility will be to keep each transaction moving efficiently across finance, documentation, registration, vehicle preparation, and delivery while serving as the main point of contact between the customer and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee vehicle transactions from the point a sale is confirmed until the vehicle is successfully delivered.
- Work closely each day with Sales, Finance & Insurance, Accounts, Documentation, Vehicle Preparation, and Logistics teams.
- Track deal progress and step in early to remove delays or blockers.
- Provide customers with regular and timely updates throughout the purchase process.
- Arrange handover appointments and confirm that all delivery steps are completed.
- Ensure finance approval, insurance, registration, and paperwork are finished before delivery.
- Keep CRM records accurate and updated at all times.
- Prepare daily status reports covering active deals, outstanding documents, finance approvals, and delivery timelines.
- Support a high-end customer experience through prompt communication and careful attention to detail.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership, sales administration, sales coordination, customer service, or another similar operational role.
- Experience in the automotive sector is strongly preferred.
- Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort working on several transactions at once in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Prior use of CRM software will be considered an advantage.
