Role overview

This temporary, full-time position is scheduled to end on September 30, 2026. The role supports day-to-day customer service and administrative operations with a strong focus on accurate data handling, office coordination, and record management.

What you will do

  • Handle incoming calls by answering, screening, and routing them to the right team member.
  • Maintain computer-based and paper file systems, and perform periodic checks to confirm records are complete and accurate.
  • Enter, update, and organize information in databases and other systems.
  • Follow software instructions, data entry procedures, and supervisor guidance carefully and consistently.
  • Input information from forms and documents, then compare outputs such as reports and printouts for accuracy.

  • Work regularly with the Finance Department to provide and process data related to questions, issues, software needs, procedures, and services.
  • Review data for missing or incorrect details and coordinate with a supervisor to obtain corrections or additional information.
  • Manage statistical records using the appropriate database or software and prepare reports for the Food Services program.
  • Build, maintain, and refresh files, databases, records, and recurring internal reporting documents.

Qualifications and requirements
