Role Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Data Insights Analyst who is analytical, inquisitive, and attentive to detail. This full-time role is focused on converting raw information into practical insights that help guide decisions, strengthen business results, and reveal areas for improvement and expansion.

You will partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, and data specialists to examine trends, build reports, and turn findings into clear recommendations that support the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, structure, clean, and evaluate data from different business systems and sources.
Spot trends, recurring patterns, and meaningful commercial insights through data analysis.
Create and update dashboards, reports, and visual summaries for internal stakeholders.
Track KPIs and other business metrics, and share performance updates.
Support business decisions by translating data into practical recommendations.
Carry out ad hoc analysis to answer operational and business questions.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and datasets.
Work with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and business goals.
Prepare presentations and written reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Keep up to date with analytics tools, industry developments, and best practices in business intelligence.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Strong ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively.
Good command of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and analytical functions.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for extracting and reporting data.
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools is beneficial.
Basic familiarity with Python or R is an added advantage.
Understanding of KPI tracking, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.
High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Clear communication and presentation skills.
Internship exposure, academic projects, or prior analytics experience will be considered a plus.
