Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Data-Focused Project Coordinator to assist with the planning, delivery, and closure of important projects. The position calls for solid Business Intelligence experience, strong data handling capability, and the flexibility to perform well in a fast-moving work environment.
What You Will Do
- Assist with project coordination activities to help ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Leverage Business Intelligence platforms to examine and present data in a way that supports clear decision-making.
- Keep project records accurate and current, while checking that data remains reliable.
- Work with cross-functional teams to prepare comprehensive reports and provide input that supports business decisions.
What We Are Looking For
- Practical experience using Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong organizational habits, sharp attention to detail, and solid analytical thinking.
- Some familiarity with database structures and data validation methods is considered an advantage.
- Prior exposure to AI-supported workflows, or experience improving them, is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate in Russian and/or Ukrainian.
Hiring Process
