Role overview
This is a fully remote contract position supporting a legal document migration initiative. The work requires availability during CST business hours. Prior experience using Excel and a MacBook is required.
Project details
The assignment involves reviewing legal documents and transferring specified information into a worksheet that will be provided. Training will be offered at the start of the project.
Core responsibilities
- Review roughly 330 documents and locate values for 12 data fields in each one.
- Identify specific document attributes such as contract type and effective date.
- Record the extracted information accurately in the supplied worksheet.
- Work with the Legal team when clarification is needed.
Additional information
Applicants must be prepared to work fully remote and align their schedule with CST hours. Experience with Excel and use of a MacBook are both required for this role.
Training will be provided for the migration process and worksheet completion.
