Data Analyst

Job Summary

This role is for a Data Analyst who will support decision-making by working with data, preparing reports, and turning raw information into practical insights. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with SQL, Python, and foundational data processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple sources and structure it for use
• Review, clean, and verify datasets to maintain accuracy
• Study the data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
• Build straightforward reports and dashboards
• Use basic SQL to retrieve the required information
• Collaborate with teammates to clarify reporting and data requirements

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Introductory Python experience, especially with Pandas
• Understanding of analysis, reporting, and data interpretation
• Ability to handle and work through large datasets
• Clear verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ETL concepts or data pipeline basics
• Beginning-level familiarity with AWS or Azure
• Experience using dashboarding or reporting software

Qualification

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline is preferred.
