Data Analyst

Job Summary

This position focuses on turning organizational data into clear, actionable insights. The analyst will review KPIs and performance measures, create interactive Power BI dashboards, and provide support to executive leadership through reporting and analysis. The role also extends into risk-related reporting, business analysis, and ongoing improvement efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Track organizational KPIs and performance measures, then analyze and summarize the results.
• Contribute to the design and rollout of performance measurement frameworks.
• Review business results against strategic targets and highlight areas where performance can be improved.

Power BI and Dashboarding

• Create, update, and manage interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Develop automated reporting tools and clear data visualizations.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and ease of use across reporting outputs.

Data Analysis

• Gather data from multiple sources, then clean, check, and validate it before analysis.
• Spot trends, patterns, and insights that can guide business decisions.
• Carry out ad hoc analysis and present the findings to internal stakeholders.

Risk Management

• Assist with identifying, evaluating, and tracking operational and organizational risks.
• Prepare dashboards and reports related to risk for management review.
• Support the monitoring of risk indicators and compliance-related needs.

Executive Management Support

• Build executive-level dashboards and management reports.
• Develop presentation materials and analytical content for leadership meetings.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and executive performance indicators.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field is required.
• Previous experience in business intelligence, performance management, or data analytics is preferred.
• Strong hands-on ability with Power BI and Excel, especially for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Solid understanding of KPI design and performance measurement concepts.
