Qualification and experience

The expected qualification is any graduation. The role requires 1 to 3 years of experience. German language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine customer issues by following established procedures, prior examples, and general guidelines.
• Work mainly with your immediate team and direct supervisor for day-to-day coordination.
• Carry out regular work with detailed to moderate guidance, and handle new tasks with step-by-step instruction.
• Make decisions that primarily affect your own work output.
• Contribute as an individual team member within a defined and focused scope of work.
• Be prepared to work in rotational shifts if required.
