ജോലി വിവരണം
Role overview
The Curriculum Lead will provide both strategic direction and day-to-day oversight for curriculum quality, alignment, and consistency across Eden School. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth progression between Junior and Senior campuses, supporting curriculum practices grounded in autism pedagogy, and promoting strong connections across subjects to improve student learning outcomes.
Curriculum direction and coherence
This role involves guiding the overall curriculum pathway so that learning builds logically from one stage to the next. It also requires making sure that content, skills, and application opportunities are connected across learning areas and that curriculum structures meet the needs of different learner profiles while supporting school priorities.
Curriculum design, review, and quality assurance
The Curriculum Lead will oversee curriculum development and review processes, including documentation, refinement, and evaluation. The role also includes setting up and maintaining quality checks for curriculum materials and assessment methods, as well as ensuring resources are practical, consistent, and ready for use in classrooms.
Autism pedagogy and learner-centred design
A key part of the job is ensuring that curriculum planning reflects a strong understanding of autism pedagogy and learner variability. The Curriculum Lead will support teams in incorporating suitable instructional strategies, adjustments, and evidence-of-learning approaches into curriculum planning.
Collaboration and implementation support
The role requires close collaboration with teachers, IEP teams, and subject specialists to ensure the curriculum is implemented effectively. It also includes providing templates, exemplars, guidance notes, and planning tools that help teams put the curriculum into practice, while collecting feedback from users and turning it into improvements.
External liaison and strategic planning
The Curriculum Lead will liaise with MOE SEB on curriculum matters, reporting needs, and relevant school-wide initiatives. The role also contributes to strategic planning and cross-campus curriculum planning to support the school’s long-term development.
Technology and curriculum initiatives
Strong IT capability is needed to support curriculum projects, including evaluating and piloting tools that improve curriculum development and access. The postholder will also maintain curriculum documentation systems and shared resource platforms that strengthen collaboration and consistency.
Required experience and skills
Applicants should bring teaching experience with diverse learner profiles, ideally across both Junior and Senior settings. They should also have a solid understanding of autism pedagogy and curriculum adaptation for autistic learners, along with strong collaboration, stakeholder management, planning, documentation, curriculum design, and IT skills.
Preferred experience
Additional advantage will be given to candidates who have worked in curriculum leadership, coordination, or instructional coaching roles, have experience engaging with MOE SEB or similar external stakeholders, or have led cross-subject or cross-domain curriculum integration work.
Application process
Interested candidates should email a cover letter and detailed resume to the Recruitment Team at [email protected]. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further consideration by email or phone.
Compensation and employment notes
A competitive salary and benefits package is offered, along with professional growth opportunities in a dynamic environment that supports development and recognises achievement.
