Crew - Late Night Shift

Role overview

Wendy’s is looking for a Crew Member to join the late-night team in Hilliard, OH. This role is part of the restaurant team from the start and focuses on delivering quality food, fast service, and a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly support to guests and assist teammates whenever needed.
• Prepare food and serve customers while following Wendy’s brand standards.
• Keep the restaurant clean and maintain a workplace you can be proud of.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, and grill as required.
• Stand and stay active for most or all of the shift.
• Take initiative to correct issues when something does not seem right.

Requirements

• Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to help both coworkers and customers.
• Be open to learning new tasks and contributing to a team environment.
• Be able and willing to remain on your feet and move around for extended periods.
• Comfortably use standard restaurant equipment and follow operating guidelines.

Additional information

The hourly pay range for this position is $11.00 to $14.00. Wendy’s says this is an ongoing hiring need for the role.
