About the Role
JTS Growth is seeking a Creative Strategist to own the thinking behind client content for TikTok Shop brands. This is a full-time remote position for someone who can turn research, trend analysis, and performance data into creative that drives attention and sales. The team works with some of the fastest-growing brands on TikTok Shop and focuses on short-form content, affiliate-driven growth, and performance-based creative.
If you enjoy studying why certain TikTok videos take off, developing fresh content ideas, and converting insights into scripts that support revenue growth, this role is a strong fit. You will have a meaningful influence on the creative direction of high-growth consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Study TikTok trends, competitor activity, top-performing ads, and creator content to uncover strategic opportunities.
- Build content strategies that match each client’s product, audience, and business objectives.
- Develop hooks, angles, and video concepts designed to capture attention and improve conversions.
- Write persuasive scripts for founder-led stories, product demonstrations, UGC, street interviews, testimonials, and other TikTok-style formats.
- Prepare creative briefs and partner with creators and editors to execute ideas effectively.
- Track how content performs and use the results to improve future creative decisions.
- Coordinate with account managers, creators, editors, and clients so the creative output supports broader business goals.
What You Need
- Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong ability to think creatively and generate original ideas.
- Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting capability.
- Understanding of consumer behavior and direct-response marketing.
- Comfort with spotting patterns in content performance and turning them into actionable insights.
- Clear communication and strong organization skills.
- Portfolio submission is required and should include examples such as creative concepts, scripts, campaigns, creative briefs, or similar strategic work.
