BENNI. is hiring a Creative Content Assistant to support its expanding Melbourne-based team. You will report to the Marketing Coordinator and help shape the brand’s online presence by producing and editing short-form video, contributing ideas for TikTok content, and keeping day-to-day content operations organised and moving.
This is an entry-level opportunity, so the focus is on enthusiasm, creative instinct, and a willingness to learn rather than extensive prior experience. The role is expected to start at around 2–3 days per week, with some flexibility on working days for the right person.

What you will do

- Add captions, text treatments, transitions, sound design, and trending audio to videos.
- Write scripts, captions, hooks, and calls to action that resonate with the audience.
- Schedule and publish content on TikTok as part of the wider communication plan.
- Reuse content across different channels and formats to extend reach.
- Keep media files, folders, and drives tidy and current.
- Assist the marketing team with regular content-related tasks.
- Handle community engagement by replying to comments and direct messages.
Requirements
- Some experience with video editing, including personal projects, university work, or your own social channels.
- A good understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and content formats.
- Experience with editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or TikTok’s built-in editing tools.
- Basic visual design ability using Canva or a similar tool.
- Strong organisation, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, including the ability to ask questions and share ideas.
