Role Summary
An opening is available in Dammam, Saudi Arabia for a Coordinator VI, Audit. The position reports directly to the Section Head, KSA CAS Technical. The main purpose of the role is to keep audit planning and administrative work running efficiently, accurately, and on time, while following the organization’s policies and procedures. The role supports smooth coordination of scheduling, logistics, records, and reporting so the audit function can operate effectively and auditors can remain productive.
Key Duties
- Prepare reports and keep audit-related records accurate and up to date, including audit plans, company profiles, client information, and auditor CV databases.
- Organize audit schedules in line with the annual plan to make the best use of auditor time and improve productivity.
- Handle audit logistics such as travel bookings, visas, accommodation, and transport, with attention to timely delivery and cost control.
- Assemble, check, and send audit files to Certification Control promptly and correctly.
- Ensure invoices are issued accurately and on schedule, while maintaining proper billing documentation.
- Track audit activity through daily, weekly, and monthly logs and records for monitoring and control purposes.
- Support recertification workflows and help ensure certificates are issued within required timelines and compliance standards.
- Manage customer feedback follow-up and support corrective action implementation to improve customer satisfaction.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, work instructions, QHSE requirements, ISO standards, and legal/regulatory obligations.
Qualification and Experience
A degree or diploma in Business, IT, or another relevant field is required, together with relevant experience. Candidates with a degree should have at least 2 years of similar experience, while diploma holders should have around 7 years of experience in a comparable role.
Skills and Tools
The role calls for strong reporting and analysis abilities, problem-solving, critical thinking, planning, organization, communication, interpersonal effectiveness, and confident use of office and web-based tools, especially spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications.
Work Standards
The position requires consistent compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory expectations, including quality, health, safety, environmental, and ISO-related standards.
