About the Role and Team
This position sits within a dedicated operations team responsible for ensuring that TV and feature content materials are delivered to Disney’s direct-to-consumer platforms, especially Disney+, with a strong emphasis on artwork and metadata creation and delivery. The work covers Disney+ content across EMEA Originals, EMEA acquisitions, and Disney-branded titles. Success in the role requires confident coordination with internal teams and outside vendors, the ability to handle a large workload, and a calm, customer-focused approach when working under pressure.
The team operates with Disney’s values at its core: integrity, inclusion, creativity, collaboration, and community. These principles guide both day-to-day work and how colleagues support one another.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate, timely orders for artwork and metadata production and delivery across multiple titles and languages, while balancing creative consistency and cost efficiency.
- Partner with external suppliers to align on delivery timelines and use reporting tools to monitor progress and completion.
- Coordinate with licensors and post-production partners to make sure content is delivered to Disney on schedule and in the required technical format.
- Keep records updated so they always reflect the latest delivery status, material details, and specifications.
- Keep stakeholders and business partners informed when any issue could affect delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate remediation work, or carry it out directly, using JIRA tickets where needed.
- Work with internal teams to ensure localized assets are requested and production timelines remain on track.
- Investigate Disney inventory systems to identify available elements and request asset transfers when necessary.
- Raise purchase and work orders accurately and on time, and help resolve invoice-related queries.
- Take action on QC failures, rejections, and recall notices by replacing or updating materials as required.
- Manage assigned workflow and tasks within agreed SLA timelines.
Experience and Skills Required
The role calls for experience in TV distribution or non-linear distribution/post-production. Exposure to ultra-high-definition and high-definition workflows, new media, and electronic file delivery would be an advantage. Knowledge of mastering QC analysis and corrective guidance is also helpful.
Strong project management ability is essential, along with hands-on familiarity with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Slack, Smartsheet, and Airtable. A good working knowledge of SAP would be a significant plus.

- 25 days of annual leave
- Private medical insurance and dental coverage
