Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the Contract Appreciation Document for internal review and circulation.

  • Handle client correspondence on a regular basis to resolve concerns related to scope, delays, and other contractual matters.
  • Coordinate with Dispute Resolution Bodies established under the contract.
  • Work with arbitration tribunals for dispute settlement matters.
  • Support legal proceedings through counsel and advocate-on-record, including follow-ups and necessary submissions.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel for arbitration and provide the inputs needed to strengthen the company’s position.
  • Draft high-value work orders and agreements with subcontractors.
  • Standardise templates and formats for subcontractor work orders and agreements.
  • Build awareness within the project team on the importance of contract compliance, client correspondence, and early identification of friction points during execution.
