About the Role
Quest Global is looking for a Contract & Claims Management Professional to support project teams with contract administration and commercial/claims work in complex, multidisciplinary, and multinational project settings. This position is best suited to an early-career professional with about 5 to 7 years of relevant experience who can learn quickly, work within structured guidance, and collaborate smoothly with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain contract registers, obligation logs, deliverables, and milestone trackers, and make sure notifications are issued on time.
- Review, negotiate, and close out the terms and conditions for client contracts and vendor purchase orders.
- Draft contractual letters and related correspondence in clear, professional English.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, and Site teams to collect and consolidate inputs.
- Collect supporting facts and documents for the assessment of contractual and commercial claims.
- Help prepare claim narratives, calculations, and evidence packs.
- Track costs, risks, and opportunities, and keep commercial trackers up to date.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up communications while maintaining document quality.
- Work in line with company contract management procedures, templates, and control requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in contract administration, commercial support, claims handling, or contract terms and conditions analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Background in the energy sector, including oil & gas, power generation, or EPC/EPCM, is an advantage.
- Strong command of English with the ability to draft contractual letters and interpret contract clauses.
- Capability to negotiate customer and vendor contract terms and conditions.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint.

Employment Details
This is a 24-month contract role that may be extended depending on performance and project requirements. The position is based in Singapore, and occasional business travel may be required.
