Role overview
H&M is hiring a Content Coordinator in Bengaluru to oversee CRM and channel content operations, maintain accuracy in automation tools, and safeguard the quality of copy across touchpoints. The position involves writing, translating, checking, and validating content updates, as well as coordinating the rollout of paid media and in-store materials across markets. You will work closely with production hubs, media agencies, and store teams to keep execution aligned, timely, and effective.
Core responsibilities
- Coordinate content across CRM channels such as email, push notifications, and where relevant SMS and WhatsApp, along with local owned social channels and marketplaces when needed.
- Manage marketing copy by drafting tactical text, arranging translations, and checking translated content for accuracy across channels.
- Stay closely aligned with the local customer communications calendar so you can anticipate creative and production needs for paid media and store messaging.
- Keep up to date with global channel playbooks, media ad specifications, and store communication formats.
- Prepare and coordinate media asset briefs with the local media agency, regional production hub, and local content editor.
- Understand the global store communication approach, including placement rules and guidelines for printed assets and digital screens.
- Prepare and coordinate POS asset needs with the regional production hub, NCG team, and local content editor.
What the role requires
- At least 3 years of experience in content management, copy editing, and proofreading, ideally in the fashion sector.
- Previous experience handling content for media platforms.
- Strong organizational ability and the capacity to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Excellent language and communication skills.
- Comfort and proficiency with creative and office software tools.
- Solid knowledge of paid media formats and assets such as TV, OOH, OLV, display, social, and print.
- Good understanding of printed retail communication formats and in-store messaging.
- Awareness of the local media environment and how media agencies operate.
