Role Overview

The Compliance Manager will own the day-to-day leadership, administration, and ongoing enhancement of the company’s corporate compliance framework. The position focuses on ensuring ethical conduct and alignment with applicable laws, regulations, industry requirements, and internal standards. This is a senior-level role for a compliance professional with 8–10 years of experience who can work independently, identify risk areas, and advance initiatives under the guidance of the VP, Legal Affairs & GRC.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will guide compliance program execution, strengthen governance practices, monitor regulatory changes, manage corrective actions, handle third-party compliance, support policy development, deliver training, and oversee investigations and regulatory coordination.

• Lead the rollout, expansion, and routine management of the corporate compliance program.
• Review regulatory information and prepare reports and presentations that help senior leaders make informed decisions on ethics, compliance, and legal obligations.
• Evaluate existing policies, workflows, and systems, then design improvements that make compliance operations more efficient.
• Track changes in relevant laws, rules, and governance requirements and translate them into actionable internal guidance.
• Work with department heads to build, implement, and monitor corrective action plans that close compliance gaps effectively and on time.
• Run the full third-party compliance process, including due diligence, vendor and supplier reviews, and risk mitigation for external partners.
• Assess compliance across internal policies, products, services, and IT systems, ensuring documentation is complete and controls are validated.
• Draft, update, and maintain company compliance policies and procedures with strong version control and broad internal access.
• Create and deliver mandatory compliance training that reinforces ethical behavior and regulatory awareness across the business.
• Develop internal communication approaches so stakeholders stay informed about policy changes and new regulatory expectations.
• Administer the ethics and whistleblower program, including secure intake logging, case tracking, triage, and early-stage review coordination.
• Conduct sensitive internal investigations, including evidence collection, interviews, analysis, and final report preparation.
• Prepare formal documentation and coordinate cross-functional inputs to support regulatory responses and required filings.

Qualifications

The preferred candidate will have 8–10 years of progressive experience in corporate compliance, compliance risk management, internal audit, or legal operations. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline is required, while a master’s degree or professional certifications are considered an advantage. The role also calls for someone who can manage projects independently, collaborate effectively with department leaders, and turn complex regulatory requirements into practical corporate policies.
