Job purpose

The Clinical Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing project management activities and overseeing clinical operations so that research-related work runs efficiently and without disruption.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors associated with assigned studies.
  • Guide and coordinate cross-functional team leads as well as external partners and vendors.

  • Confirm that projects are aligned with Tigermed systems and workflows such as CTMS, OA, eTMF, and related tools, while escalating issues to the appropriate functional or operational leaders when needed.
  • Take part actively in bid defense preparation and discussions.
  • Provide training support to project team members and help strengthen overall team effectiveness.
  • Share performance feedback on project team members with the relevant line managers.

Qualifications and requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacology, Biology, or a closely related field is preferred. A college diploma may also be accepted if the candidate demonstrates strong personal qualities and relevant project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of drug development processes and current regulatory requirements, including local regulations, GCP, and clinical trial operations. A current GCP certificate is required. Business knowledge and budgeting ability are an added advantage.
  • At least 10 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 6 years in project management. Experience in a CRO environment is preferred. Candidates with exceptional project management achievements may also be considered.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is required; knowledge of local languages is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is expected.
  • Strong project management and time management capabilities are essential.
