Role overview
This position is based in the United States and focuses on leading clinical operations while contributing to country-level business growth. The role combines operational delivery, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and support for commercial development.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of business strategy and translate it into country-specific business plans that reflect local conditions.
- Oversee the execution and day-to-day management of clinical operations activities.
- Build, guide, and strengthen the local team by motivating team members, supporting their growth, and coaching them to perform at the expected standard.
- Set the example for the team by demonstrating Tigermed’s values through actions and leadership.
- Create practical project management plans in line with SOPs, ICH-GCP, GCP guidelines, and study protocols, then ensure studies are run according to those plans.
- Act as the local company representative for Tigermed partners and external stakeholders in the country.
- Develop and implement local marketing approaches that help strengthen Tigermed’s brand presence in the country.
- Support bidding activities in the country and coordinate local stakeholder meetings.
- Work with expert panel members to define the most effective strategy and solution.
Candidate profile
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacology, Biology, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong understanding of new technologies, local regulations, GCP, and clinical trial operations, along with a valid GCP certificate.
- Substantial global CRO management background, with at least 8 years of proven clinical experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in the local language is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication ability and strong information analysis skills.
