Role Overview
Direct Meds Clinical is hiring a full-time Clinical Care Coordinator to help support its telehealth and partner clinic operations. The position combines patient communication, clinical support, and day-to-day coordination work in a remote setting.
In this role, you will help patients move through their care journey while working closely with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality support.
Compensation
The pay for this position is estimated at $30 to $36 per hour. This range is provided in good faith and may change based on factors such as location, relevant skills, experience, and education.
What You'll Be Doing
- Connecting with patients by phone, email, text message, and the patient portal.
- Providing every patient with a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented experience.
- Adjusting quickly as workflows change and supporting new clinical programs as they launch.
- Working with providers and internal partners to address medication questions, side effects, dosage concerns, and other treatment-related issues.
- Escalating clinical matters to providers when needed.
- Managing prescription coordination with pharmacy and fulfillment teams.
- Recording patient interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems.
- Supporting care coordination across GLP-1, peptides, HRT, wellness, and other expanding clinical programs.
- Meeting expectations for responsiveness, quality, resolution, and overall patient experience.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is compassionate, flexible, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving remote environment where new processes are introduced often.
Required Qualifications
- An active LVN/LPN license or prior medical office experience.
- At least 2 years of clinical or medical experience gained within the last 4 years.
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience in a remote or telehealth setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent time management and the ability to handle several priorities in a busy environment.
- Confidence working independently while staying highly engaged in a remote role.
- Comfort with computers and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to GLP-1s, peptides, HRT, men's health, or similar telehealth programs.
- Experience using EMR, CRM, or ticketing platforms.
- Availability for a Thursday through Monday schedule.
- Background in a high-volume, fast-paced work setting.
