Role overview
As a Client Advisor for Prada, you will be responsible for delivering a refined, memorable luxury experience in which the client comes first. The role calls for understanding customer needs and expectations, building genuine relationships, and acting as a representative of the brand in every interaction.
You will also communicate Prada’s values and brand philosophy to customers, supporting them in exploring the Prada world. In addition, you will be accountable for reaching your own and the store’s sales goals while delivering strong service across both in-store and e-commerce touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
- Create a warm, attentive environment where customers feel prioritized and every request is handled with care, following the brand’s client journey standards.
- Work toward and aim to surpass personal sales targets while helping drive overall store performance.
- Strive to exceed KPI expectations through high-quality selling and excellent client service.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Prada products, as well as the brand’s history, culture and identity.
- Record customer details in the company CRM to strengthen relationships, personalize service and identify future opportunities.
- Promote an omni-channel approach and support clients consistently across channels.
- Stay well informed about luxury fashion trends and competitor movements so you can offer informed styling and brand advice.
- Take responsibility for handling client concerns, involving the line manager and Client Service team when required.
- Handle products with great care and respect at all times.
- Use company digital tools actively to deliver a seamless and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct client appointments in person or virtually using technology when needed.
- Work closely with the back-of-house team, support daily store operations and help maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Follow company procedures for operations, stock handling, security, cash management, inventory, logistics and reporting requirements from head office.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, communicate openly and constructively, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace.
Knowledge and skills
- Strong enthusiasm for customer relationships and selling
- Analytical thinking, curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art and design
- Ability to develop long-term client relationships
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication
- Solid product knowledge and passion for the relevant category
