Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position is based in Freehold, NJ. The Cleaning Specialist will carry out thorough cleaning in homes and business properties, following company standards and schedules. The work includes routine and deep-cleaning tasks, proper use of supplies and equipment, and maintaining a professional presence at each assignment.
Key Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning work across residential and commercial sites.
- Handle tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean bathrooms and kitchens as needed.
- Carry out window cleaning and basic carpet care.
- Keep shared and common areas neat and up to standard.
- Follow cleaning checklists, safety instructions, and company procedures.
- Use cleaning tools, products, and equipment correctly and safely.
