The Opportunity

An opening is available for an enthusiastic and dependable cleaner to join the team at a hospitality, tourism, and entertainment location in Burnswood, Western Australia. The role suits someone who works well in a busy environment, takes pride in detail, and helps maintain clean, welcoming surroundings for guests and customers.

This is a full-time role with one vacancy available. Work will include weekdays and weekends, with the roster set from Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM to 7:36 AM.

The position is paid under award wages at Award Level 1.

Core Duties

• Carry out routine cleaning tasks to a consistently high standard
• Clean upholstery and furnishings as required
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean toilets and washrooms
• Collect and remove rubbish
• Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces
• Dust hard surfaces throughout the site

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have prior cleaning experience, preferably in a commercial setting, and should be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently. A strong eye for detail, the ability to follow directions, and a commitment to customer service are important for success in this role.

Applicants should also demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices. Experience using floor maintenance equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers will be considered an advantage. Flexible availability, including public holidays when needed, is required.
