Cleaner - Henderson Meadows

Role Overview

Broadstreet Properties is hiring a Cleaner for its Henderson Meadows apartments in Regina, Saskatchewan. This position plays a key part in supporting tenant wellbeing by keeping the property clean, maintained, and welcoming. Key Duties

• Keep entrances and corridors clean and presentable.
• Carry out monthly deep-cleaning tasks for appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathrooms, and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move-out and annual inspections to help prepare cleaning estimates.
• Handle minor repair tasks when needed, including touch-up painting and changing lights.
• Assist with general upkeep of the building exterior.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

What You Need

• Familiarity with different cleaning products and their uses.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness and ability to travel between locations as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Wages start at $17.60 per hour and may go up to $22.00 per hour, depending on skill, education, and experience.
