Role Overview

This full-time janitorial position is based in Social Circle, Georgia. The role focuses on keeping assigned spaces—such as offices, commercial environments, industrial facilities, or institutional buildings—clean, tidy, and ready for use. Pay and Benefits

Working Hours

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday plus weekends, from 10:30 pm to 2:00 pm.

Typical Duties

• Vacuum floors and other surfaces.
• Edge and detail-clean floor areas.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Clean and restock restrooms and break areas.
• Clean windows.
• Collect trash and move it to the designated disposal location.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile

No prior cleaning experience is necessary. The ideal candidate treats safety as a top priority, works well in a quality-focused team environment, and brings strong customer service skills.

Physical Requirements

This job involves extended standing, frequent walking, the use of hands and fingers for handling and gripping, reaching above the shoulders, pushing and pulling with the arms, occasional climbing or balancing, and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The work also includes repetitive tasks and standing for long periods. Lifting demands include frequent lifting of 0 to 10 pounds, regular lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. The role may require working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines during busy periods.
