ജോലി വിവരണം
Role Overview
This is a project-based opportunity for specialists who help evaluate, test, and improve AI systems for major technology companies. The work is not a permanent job; instead, contributors join individual projects as needed.
Key Work Areas
- Review AI-produced auto insurance claim decisions for correctness, proper coverage handling, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Create FNOL testing scenarios that include contradictions, misleading documents, and outdated paperwork to challenge the system’s accuracy and resilience.
- Develop and assess fraud-detection examples using structured reason codes such as late notice, recently issued policies, or conflicting damage details for SIU referral.
- Construct subrogation test cases using state negligence rules, including comparative and contributory frameworks, and estimate the chance of recovery.
- Prepare clear test documentation with the expected answers, supporting policy references, and payout calculations.
Candidate Profile
This role suits professionals from insurance claims, legal services, or wider financial services backgrounds who are comfortable taking on part-time, non-permanent projects. A strong command of written English is essential.
Required Background
- A degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in insurance, claims, legal, or financial services work.
- Recent or current hands-on exposure to claims adjustment or a similar function.
- Working knowledge of auto insurance coverage decisions, state-by-state negligence rules, and adjuster authority-limit practices.
- Strong written English ability at C1 level or above.
- Professional credentials such as AIC, CPCU, CIFI, or SCLA are advantageous, though not mandatory.
How the Process Works
Applicants submit their CV in English and specify their English proficiency level. The typical flow is: apply, complete the qualification steps, join a project, carry out the tasks, and receive payment.
Time Commitment
During active project phases, the expected workload is around 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and depends on the project requirements; it is not a guaranteed number of hours.
Compensation
Pay can be as high as the equivalent of $60 per hour, with the final amount influenced by experience and pace of work. Compensation differs from project to project based on scope, complexity, and expertise required.
