Vipin Shah & Associates is a pan-India turnkey contracting firm with around 30 years of experience in the construction sector. The company delivers high-value infrastructure, institutional, and commercial projects, handling work from the initial site stage through premium architectural finishing and final handover. The business is expanding and looking for experienced senior project management and engineering leaders to oversee active project sites.

Role Overview

This position requires a civil engineering professional who can manage both structural execution and premium interior delivery on turnkey projects. The role involves steering sites from groundwork to defect-free completion while ensuring quality, coordination, billing accuracy, and compliance with specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise core civil execution, including RCC work, brick masonry, and plastering.
• Manage premium interior fit-out activities such as flooring, cladding, ceilings, joinery, glazing, and coordination of MEP-related works.
• Handle turnkey project delivery from the start of work through final handover, based on approved architectural and structural drawings.
• Ensure strict compliance with government tender conditions, CPWD/PWD norms, and finish-quality tolerances.
• Conduct joint site measurements, maintain accurate Measurement Book records, and support preparation of running account bills for civil and interior subcontractors.
• Coordinate effectively with civil subcontractors, specialist interior vendors/fabricators, and local government authorities or project management consultants.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should have strong hands-on site execution experience in both structural civil work and corporate, commercial, or institutional interior projects. Candidates with substantial senior-level project experience will be preferred, particularly those who can independently manage active sites and multiple stakeholders.

Work Location

This opportunity is site-based and candidates must be open to deployment at any of the following project locations: Nedumbassery, Kerala; Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad; Colaba, Mumbai; Alto Porvorim, Goa; and Madkai, Goa.

Eligibility

Applicants should have a B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirement

A minimum of 5 years of on-site civil execution experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with 10 or more years of relevant experience.

Compensation

The annual salary range is INR 3,00,000 to INR 8,00,000.
