Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) with robust leadership skills within the healthcare domain. This role involves managing the daily operations of the hospital, enhancing financial outcomes, and upholding superior standards in patient care and operational efficiency. The position requires a candidate with 10-15 years of experience, a maximum age of 45 years, and mandatory proficiency in the Telugu language. The work location will be determined based on organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all hospital operations, ensuring seamless functionality across all departments.
- Assume full responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L) management, including budgeting, cost containment, and overall financial performance.
- Formulate and execute operational strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Enhance operational efficiency, boost productivity, and elevate quality benchmarks.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with medical, nursing, finance, HR, and support staff.
- Spearhead initiatives for process enhancement, patient experience improvement, and service quality.
- Manage external vendor relationships, contracts, and optimize resource allocation.
- Guarantee compliance with NABH/regulatory standards and internal company policies.
