What you will do

• Use the aggregator platform to review tablet performance and connectivity for order processing.
• Track incoming online orders through the aggregator system and help ensure they are prepared and delivered on time.
• Apply discounts and promotional offers correctly so that billing reflects the right price and deal.
• Check product availability in the digital inventory system and update it immediately when items change or are substituted.
• Pass orders to kitchen staff clearly and accurately, while prioritizing based on dine-in flow, delivery needs, or special instructions.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries about menu items, pricing, specials, and related details.
• Recommend add-ons and special offers to improve the guest experience and support sales targets.
• Work with kitchen and service teams to handle complaints, special requests, and service issues professionally.
• Stay familiar with menu items, ingredients, and allergen details so customer questions can be answered properly.
• Follow safety and security rules, including checking cash authenticity and escalating suspicious activity to a supervisor.
• Support other front-of-house tasks when needed, such as seating guests, clearing tables, and keeping the dining area clean.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role, ideally in restaurants or hospitality, is an advantage.
• Good numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash accurately are important.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are needed to deal effectively with guests and coworkers.
