About the Role
HaSe Hausmeisterservice UG is looking for a caretaker / property maintenance employee for work at various sites in Nuremberg, Bavaria. The role is a hands-on, on-site position focused on keeping residential or commercial properties clean, tidy, and well maintained.
What You’ll Do
The exact duties depend on the property assignment, but they generally include outdoor and building upkeep tasks.
- Cleaning outdoor areas and stairwells
- Removing weeds, mowing lawns, and trimming hedges
- Performing sweeping and general cleaning duties
- Watering flower beds and planted areas
- Carrying out winter maintenance and snow-related service work
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in caretaker or building maintenance work is preferred
- A dependable and punctual working style
- Basic German language skills
- Flexibility regarding working hours
