The organization is a leading private-pay in-home care provider for seniors in North America and emphasizes strong local support for its care teams. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, and all shifts are currently being staffed.

Compensation and benefits

• Pay starts at $20 to $24 per hour.
• A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available; terms and conditions apply.

What the job involves

In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes and help them with everyday needs. The focus is on providing practical assistance as well as companionship and emotional support.

• Support with personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Handle light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Drive clients to appointments, complete errands, and assist with grocery shopping.
• Offer companionship through games, puzzles, and similar social activities.

Who can apply

Applicants should have a caring approach and meet the listed eligibility standards. Caregiving experience, certification, and a valid ability to transport clients are important for this position. Candidates must also satisfy background-screening and U.S. work authorization requirements.

Important requirements

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience is required.
• WA CNA or HCA certification is preferred, or the ability to obtain certification within 120 days of hire.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.
• Experience supporting people with Alzheimer's or dementia is an advantage.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills are needed.
• Applicants must be able to drive clients using their own vehicle, insurance, and registration.
• State background screening rules must be met.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
