As a Car Wash Associate, you will help create a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality customer experience at a fast-paced express car wash location in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The role is hands-on, team-oriented, and focused on keeping the site clean, safe, organized, and running smoothly while making sure every vehicle leaves with a polished result.

Key duties

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer basic questions, and help set a positive tone from the moment they arrive.
• Keep the lot neat, organized, and safe so the site always looks professional and is ready for use.
• Check vehicles carefully to ensure the finish meets quality expectations before cars leave the site.
• Notice potential issues early, take action on routine problems, and use good judgment without waiting to be told.
• Work closely with Tunnel Operators and site leaders to support smooth daily operations.
• Maintain supply levels, restock towels and other materials, and help keep behind-the-scenes operations on track.

What success in this role looks like

• Consistent punctual attendance and a readiness to begin each shift on time.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions while staying on your feet for the full shift.
• Ability to handle repetitive work while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Clear, friendly communication with customers and teammates.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
• Prior customer service or outdoor work experience is helpful, but a strong attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
