ജോലി വിവരണം
Role overview
This opportunity places you at Baden-Baden Airport in Germany, around 45 minutes from Strasbourg, as part of the cabin crew team for Europe’s largest airline group. The role is focused on delivering safe, high-quality onboard service to passengers across a large and fast-moving flight network.
Ryanair operates more than 90 bases with over 16,000 cabin crew members, serving more than 600,000 guests every day on 3,600+ flights. The position offers free professional training, strong travel benefits, and the chance to build a long-term career in aviation.
What the role involves
Cabin crew members are expected to provide excellent customer care while making safety the top priority. The work is energetic and shift-based, with both early and late duties. Early shifts may begin as early as 5:00 am, while afternoon rosters can finish close to midnight.
The company highlights that this is a demanding but rewarding role for people who enjoy working with the public, staying active, and supporting a high-volume travel operation.
Training and career growth
No previous experience is required. New recruits receive fully funded training designed to teach the core skills needed for day-to-day cabin crew duties. After successful completion, you are awarded your Cabin Crew Wings and prepared to begin flying.
Career progression is available within the airline group, with potential paths such as Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and even senior inflight leadership roles.
Assessments during application
Applicants must complete two mandatory assessments as part of the selection process: an English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Not completing these assessments will prevent progression to the interview stage.
Working pattern and conditions
The roster follows a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off pattern. The role requires flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing operational needs. A direct or agency contract may be offered depending on the base.
Additional information
The job advert emphasizes a strong travel lifestyle, exposure to different cultures, and the opportunity to work within a financially stable airline group. Safety, service quality, and teamwork are central to the role.
Benefits
Perks include free internationally recognised cabin crew training, a daily per diem during training, uncapped sales bonus potential, heavily discounted staff travel, a fixed 5-on/3-off roster, free uniform in the first year with an annual allowance afterward, and the stability of working for a financially secure airline.
