Role overview

We are hiring cabin crew members to represent Emirates on board and support travelers throughout their journey. This role calls for a warm, adaptable personality, strong customer focus, and the confidence to assist passengers in a calm and professional way. While service is important, safety remains the top priority, and you will be expected to manage aircraft service, security, and safety procedures responsibly.

The position is based in Dubai and includes world-class training at Emirates’ purpose-built facility. You will be part of a team that delivers a polished, authentic experience to customers from many cultures while maintaining the standards associated with the Emirates brand.

Qualifications and experience

• More than 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
• A positive, service-minded attitude and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
• The minimum educational level is high school completion (Grade 12).
• Strong spoken and written English is mandatory.
• You must be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes so you can access emergency equipment on all aircraft types.
• Visible tattoos are not permitted while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform unless they are covered with bandages or cosmetics.
• Applicants must be able to satisfy UAE employment visa conditions, as the role is Dubai-based.

Salary and benefits

Pay is structured into three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flying pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance. The estimated monthly earnings for Grade II (Economy Class) are AED 4,980 as base salary, AED 69.60 per flight hour based on an average of 80 to 100 hours per month, and an average total of AED 11,244 per month, which is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280.

Meal allowances for overnight stays are added to salary in arrears the next month. The company also provides hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport. Additional benefits include a tax-free package, flying pay, profit share, concessional travel, relocation support, free accommodation and transportation, medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and discounted flights for friends and family.
