This permanent Buyer role focuses on the Computers category for Noel Leeming. The position suits someone who combines strong commercial judgement with a deep interest in product ranges and customer needs. What you will do
You will be responsible for steering the buying strategy for Computers, from identifying products and negotiating with suppliers through to planning the range and delivering commercial results. The role calls for someone who can identify market shifts, shape appealing product offers, and support profitable growth across the category.
- Own the Computers category and build ranges that reflect customer demand and current market direction.
- Track trends, innovations, and competitor activity in the computers and technology space to keep the offer relevant and competitive.
- Develop strong relationships with both local and international suppliers and negotiate terms that balance quality, value, and commercial return.
- Drive buying plans and commercial decisions that support profitability and wider business priorities.
- Use customer feedback, sales performance, and market data to guide decisions with a customer-first mindset.
- Work closely with planning, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure ranges are delivered effectively across channels.
Travel requirement
The role includes occasional travel during the year, with flexibility needed to travel around 3 to 4 times annually.

A background in technology or consumer electronics buying is ideal, while prior Computers category exposure is helpful but not essential.
