Key responsibilities

The Butler is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction is not only met but surpassed through attentive, refined, and discreet service.

This role includes owning the guest experience within the assigned accommodations and providing close support with a strong eye for detail.

You will also help supervise, coordinate, and support the upkeep, cleanliness, and overall presentation of hotel rooms.

Maintaining professional standards and delivering service excellence are core parts of the role.
