  • Run convincing consultations for HNI and SME clients interested in setting up businesses in the UAE.
  • Use structured sales funnels to move leads toward closure.
  • Hit monthly revenue targets using a focused, metrics-based approach.
  • Partner with management to shape quarterly sales plans and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Follow up consistently on both warm and cold leads.
  • Prepare and review weekly performance updates.
  • Guide and support a small team of advisors and operations consultants.
  • Set targets, track team output, and reinforce accountability.
  • Take ownership and demonstrate strong leadership in day-to-day work.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and give performance feedback regularly.
  • Represent the company at business events, expos, and networking sessions.
  • Join senior leaders in important client meetings when needed.
