Role Overview

This position partners closely with company leadership to strengthen the operational foundation across the business. You will help design the processes and systems that keep teams aligned and productive across Marketing, Product Development, Sales, Customer Support, HR, and Operations.

The opportunity is well-suited to someone who enjoys turning messy workflows into repeatable processes, solving operational problems, and helping a growing organization run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures for recurring work.
• Map and roll out scalable workflows across different departments.
• Set up and administer ClickUp workspaces, dashboards, and automations.
• Improve Slack structure, communication flow, and cross-team collaboration.
• Build onboarding systems for new hires.
• Refine project management methods and strengthen accountability.
• Spot process bottlenecks and propose better operating methods.
• Work with leadership to implement new tools and systems.
• Develop documentation, training assets, and internal knowledge resources.
• Use automation and AI tools to increase efficiency across teams.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have experience in business operations and process improvement, with strong familiarity in ClickUp, Slack administration, workflow management, project coordination, SOP creation, and automation. Experience using AI productivity tools is also important.

Background in mobile app companies, SaaS businesses, digital marketing teams, or marketing agency environments is preferred.

Job Details

This is a part-time, remote position to begin with. Compensation is based on experience.
