Role Overview
The Commercial Development team is looking for a Business Development Representative to help grow Moss’s customer base in Germany. In this position, you will build new sales opportunities, learn a range of outreach and sales methods, and receive guidance from leadership and senior team members.
What You’ll Do
- Develop opportunities with CFOs and finance leaders by using a multi-touch, multi-channel outreach approach to spark interest in Moss’s solution.
- Carry out detailed market research to uncover new prospective customers.
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date, while working with the wider team to improve commercial workflows and funnel conversion at each stage.
- Partner with Account Executives and the Marketing team to support the full sales cycle and understand individual pipeline activity.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings early experience in a sales role with a focus on cold acquisition. Strong German language ability at C2 level and English at C1 level are required.
You should also be motivated by achievement, comfortable communicating persuasively, eager to keep learning, able to solve problems quickly, and organised in the way you manage your pipeline and goals.
