Role overview

Edu Tantr is looking for a fresher Business Development Associate to join its on-site team in Keralapuram, Kerala. This role suits someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and interested in using email outreach, data analysis, and written communication to support growth efforts.

What you will do

• Plan and run email campaigns that help attract leads and support revenue growth.
• Use Excel to study data, spot patterns, and improve campaign performance.
• Work closely with the marketing team on content and promotional assets.
• Develop and nurture connections with prospective clients and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside stakeholders to keep business development work moving smoothly.
• Review campaign results, prepare performance updates, and use findings to improve return on investment.
• Keep track of market movements and current best practices to strengthen business development outcomes.

Requirements

• Freshers with no prior experience can apply.
• Strong written English communication is needed for outreach and professional correspondence.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel is expected for tracking and analysis.
