Role Overview

This position is centered on business analytics and process improvement support, with exposure to intranet setup, process documentation, stakeholder coordination, and workshop facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and organize an enterprise SharePoint-based intranet so employees can access information more easily and communicate more effectively, especially since the current OA platform is being decommissioned.
• Create current-state process maps for selected Level 4–5 processes, prioritizing simpler areas that can deliver quick operational improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to define future-state process designs that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Set up a clear intake channel where employees can raise process improvement ideas, report issues or inefficiencies, and monitor the progress and results of their submissions.
• Help establish a centralized repository for process documentation to strengthen governance, consistency, and visibility across teams.
• Support workshop and working-session logistics, including preparing materials, coordinating discussions, and recording outputs.

Requirements

• Preferred internship length is 6 months.
• Preferred background includes Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Process Engineering, or Business Analytics.
• Some exposure to process improvement or digital transformation work is preferred.
