Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a sharp and detail-driven Business Analyst who can review how the business operates, spot opportunities to improve, and help turn data into practical decisions. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to understand needs, capture requirements, and convert them into clear, usable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Assess business needs and convert them into well-defined requirements.
• Carry out research, map processes, and document workflows.
• Detect gaps in systems or operations and recommend effective improvements.
• Work with teams across functions to help deliver projects successfully.
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Review project results and confirm they stay aligned with business objectives.
• Assist with data analysis and decision-making using appropriate tools.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a similar discipline, along with 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or comparable position. The role calls for strong analytical and problem-solving ability, hands-on experience in gathering and documenting requirements, and comfort using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment are also important.

Preferred skills

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum practices, process improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma, and the software development lifecycle is an advantage. Strong presentation and reporting capabilities are also valued.
